Specification Guide

Overview

One of the most important tools used by the Bretford dealer and specifier communities, the Specification Guide.  

This guide contains all of the models numbers, pricing, and technical specifications for each product offered through Bretford.  This was also one of the most time consuming projects I would endure each and every year at Bretford.  

I initially offered customers three versions of the specification guide based on what series of product they were looking for.  This reasoning also followed suit with how pricing discounts were applied for customers.  Later, I combined series of products into generic product categories, and offered one specification guide that included all products.  

I designed the guide in its current layout, again using charts as I did in the Basics Catalog, as well, wrote copy and proofed the guide for specification and grammar errors.  

This was a big guide to produce and expensive.  I worked to lower costs using different paper, as well multiple printers to ensure I was meeting budget expectations.
